I’ve used Target for 3 different vacations this year. Their Staff and level of customer service has been extraordinary. They have completely taken care of me and made the process of renting a car in Costa Rica very easy. After a few bad experiences with rentals from other companies, I will never rent from anybody but Target!

We have been using Target car rental for over 10 years and we have alwaysreceived excellent service. From the point of booking with Erika, to being met at the airport, and picking up the vehicle, the customer service hasbeen outstanding. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. There have never been any hidden fees and the complimentary extras such as the GPSare invaluable.

We recently had an outstanding experience with Target car rental and would highly recommend them. We appreciated the personal service we received from Ismael, who delivered the car to our hotel and reviewed the contract. The vehicle was in excellent condition and we did not have any problems. There were no additional charges or surprises. I wish the international car rental companies were as professional as Target.

When we planned our trip to Costa Rica, we were sure that we would need a 4WD car. Internet offered several car rentals and somehow i found Target.

There was only one customer feedback and it was not the best. However I contacted Target and was impressed about the very customer oriented response. Soon we agreed on the car and the fee. On March 17 a Target agent came to our Hotel Buena Vista, explainde the car, the contract and serval insurances we felt necessary to contract. Than we travelled 3 1/2 weeks throughout Costa Rica (2.500 km). The Hyunday Tuscon (ix 35) drove very well and never created no problem. At the end of our trip we handed over the car next to the airport without any bureaucracy. During the whole trip we held contact to Targets office and felt well consulted. Summary: I only can recommend Target.

Un service très sérieux et très sympathique pour moins cher que d’autres prestataires. Ingrid nous a attendus à l’aéroport à l’heure dite. L’agence de location est à 10min de l’aéroport. Aucun problème avec le loueur, aucun problème avec la voiture. Nous recommandons.

Great service; replies by email very fast; nice people to do business with; the rental process was easy, fast and thorough. I will definitely use Target Car rental again in my trip. The staff made a difference and started us on a very good trip to the Pacific Coast.

This is the only company I will use in the future when traveling to Costa Rica. I did all communication via email (price quote, confirmation, and etc.) The whole process was smooth from first email through returning the car and drop off in the airport.

The whole team at Target was absolutely stellar! From when I first messaged them, to when I finally returned the car- they were professional, timely, and kind. Especially during the busy peak season when I rented from them. They picked me up from my hotel and while driving to their office, gave me a delightful primer to Costa Rica and driving in it (my first time visiting). Their prices were amazing and no hidden fees or pushy sales tactics. The car I rented was a newer model, in great mechanical condition, and freshly cleaned. The rental and return process was fast and easy. They even loaded my bags and dropped me off at the airport when I was done! Can’t recommend them enough!
